This Privacy Policy explains how DYNAMIC CONSULTING CONCEPTS LLC, doing business as Everstep ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit everstep.com or sign up for our text message program.

The short version. We collect almost nothing. We never ask for a Social Security number. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or email address with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text message consent is optional and can be withdrawn instantly by replying STOP.

1. Who we are

DYNAMIC CONSULTING CONCEPTS LLC d/b/a Everstep is a private company operating an educational website about public assistance programs. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any federal, state, or local government program. We do not accept applications, determine eligibility, or distribute benefits.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

We collect information only when you choose to submit it through one of our forms:

• Text message signup. First name, email address, mobile phone number, and a record of which consents you selected.
• Contact form. Name, email address, the topic you selected, and the content of your message.

Consent records

When you submit the text message signup form, we record a timestamp, the version of the consent language shown to you, the exact consent text you agreed to, which message categories you selected, the page URL where you signed up, your browser user agent, and the referring page. We keep this to demonstrate that consent was properly obtained, as required by telecommunications regulations and carrier policy.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server log information, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

What we never collect

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, bank account or payment card details, medical records, immigration documents, or benefit case numbers. No tool or form on this site requires any of them. Please do not send this information through our contact form, which is not a secure channel. If you do send it, we will delete it.

Our interactive tools run entirely in your browser. Figures you enter into the income calculator, program navigator, or document checklist are never transmitted to us, never stored, and disappear when you close the tab.

• To operate, secure, and improve the website

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising.

4. Text messages

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never required to access any content, tool, or resource on this site. We offer two separate consents — service updates and marketing — and you may select either, both, or neither.

Mobile phone numbers and consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share phone numbers only with the messaging service provider that delivers messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who operate the site and deliver messages on our behalf, limited to what they need to perform that function
• When legally required, in response to valid legal process or to protect rights and safety
• In a business transfer, if the business is acquired, in which case this policy continues to apply to information already collected

6. Retention

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle the inquiry. We keep text message subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed, and we retain consent and opt-out records after unsubscribe for the period required to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations.

7. Your choices and rights

• Stop texts. Reply STOP to any message. It takes effect immediately.
• Access or delete. Email us at info@everstep.com to request a copy of what we hold about you or ask us to delete it.
• Correct. Ask us to fix anything inaccurate.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. 8. Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We do not run advertising networks, and we do not participate in cross-site behavioral advertising.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive documents or identifiers through this site.

11. Third-party links

Our guides reference government agencies and nonprofit organizations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies separately.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting the text message program will be communicated to active subscribers.
